Refunds

PetDouble sells digital credit packs directly. Checkout is Stripe. We never see your full card number.

You can refund an unused pack yourself within 60 days of purchase, using the link in your receipt email — but only if your wallet gallery is empty. Unlocking the HD version of a preview, or generating a new portrait, uses the pack and ends refund eligibility.

If you have already unlocked or generated, or it has been more than 60 days, write to hello@petdouble.com with the email you used at checkout.

Lost the link in your receipt email? Request a new wallet link — we send it to the email you used at checkout. Same page if the refund link itself has expired.

If a generation fails after retry, the credit is put back automatically. You do not need to ask.
